User Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your Asista account data, including profile data, tasks, reminders, meetings, notes, finance logs, channel links, and stored Google OAuth tokens.

Delete Your Account Yourself

Open Settings > Profil in Asista and choose Hapus akun, then type HAPUS to confirm. You can also send "hapus akun" to the Asista bot on WhatsApp or Telegram; it replies with a one-time link to that page. Deletion is immediate and permanent: it removes everything listed below and revokes Google Calendar access.

Request Deletion by Email

Email support@asista.id with the subject "Data deletion request". Send it from the email address linked to your account, or include the WhatsApp number or Telegram account you use with Asista. We will verify that you own the account, then delete your data within 30 days and confirm by email.

Disconnect Google Access

In Asista, open Settings > Preferensi and choose Putuskan next to Google Calendar. This revokes the grant at Google and immediately deletes the Google OAuth tokens we store. You can also revoke access from your Google Account permissions page. Disconnecting stops future Calendar access; to delete the rest of your account data, send a deletion request as described above.

What We Delete

• Account profile data stored by the app.
• Tasks, reminders, meetings, notes, documents metadata, and finance logs.
• WhatsApp/Telegram channel link records.
• Google OAuth tokens and Google Calendar metadata stored by the app.

Retention

Some records may be retained only when required for security, abuse prevention, accounting, or legal compliance. Retained records are limited to the minimum necessary.
