Privacy Policy

Asista is a personal productivity assistant for tasks, reminders, meetings, notes, finance logs, and daily briefings across web, WhatsApp, and Telegram.

Google User Data

When you use Google login or connect Google Calendar, we may access:

• Google profile data: name, email address, profile image, and Google account ID for account login.
• Google Calendar event data: event title, start/end time, attendee email addresses, event ID, and event link for Calendar sync, agenda views, and daily briefings.
• Google OAuth tokens: stored so the app can keep Calendar sync working after the initial consent.

How We Use Google Data

We use Google data only to provide visible user-facing features: signing in, connecting Calendar, creating or updating meeting events requested by you, showing agenda items in the dashboard and Calendar page, and including agenda context in daily briefings.

Limited Use Commitments

Asista's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising, retargeting, credit scoring, or unrelated third-party data products. We do not use Google Calendar data to train generalized AI or machine learning models.

Storage and Security

We store account, task, reminder, note, finance, channel-link, Google Calendar metadata, and OAuth token data in our application database. We use reasonable safeguards to protect data in transit and at rest, and access is limited to operating, securing, and supporting the service.

Sharing

We share data only when necessary to provide requested features, such as sending messages through WhatsApp or Telegram providers, syncing requested meeting events with Google Calendar, complying with law, or investigating abuse/security issues.

Website Analytics

On our public pages (home, blog, legal pages) we use Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics service, to count visits, referring sites, and clicks on buttons such as "Mulai Gratis di WhatsApp". It sets no cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track you across sites. The signed-in dashboard and your account data are never sent to analytics.

Retention

We keep account data while your account is active. Google OAuth tokens are deleted as soon as you disconnect Google Calendar in Settings. After a verified deletion request, we delete your account data, including Google user data, within 30 days. Records required for security, abuse prevention, accounting, or legal compliance are kept only as long as those obligations require.

Deletion and Access

You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time in Settings > Preferensi, which revokes the grant at Google and deletes the tokens we store. You can delete your whole account yourself in Settings > Profil > Hapus akun, or by sending "hapus akun" to the bot. You may also request access to, export of, or deletion of your account data as described on the User Data Deletion page.
